The Borg transwarp network was a vast array of transwarp conduits that spanned the galaxy. The network was controlled by a series of six transwarp hubs located in various points of Borg space. The transwarp network was supported by a series of interspatial manifolds, whose shielding was regulated from the central plexus by the Borg Queen herself.
The transwarp network was disabled in 2378 by the crew of USS Voyager. Having introduced an neurolytic pathogen into the Collective, Voyager used the chaos to infiltrate the network and destroy the interspatial manifolds with transphasic torpedoes. (VOY: "Endgame").
