Bobruisk was an Earth city. In the 24th century, it was the site of Earth Station Bobruisk, the location from which Sergey and Helena Rozhenko beamed aboard the USS Enterprise-D in 2367. (TNG: "Family")
As Worf's parents beamed up from this location, it is possible that they lived in the vicinity of Bobruisk.
