Bob Shuttleworth is an actor who was a recurring background performer on several episodes of Star Trek: The Next Generation, Star Trek: Deep Space Nine and Star Trek: Voyager. His Krenim uniform was later sold off on the It's A Wrap! sale and auction on eBay. [1]

Shuttleworth filmed his scenes for the episode "Faces" between 6 March 1995 and 8 March 1995 on Paramount Stage 16 and 18. For "False Profits", he filmed his scenes between 20 March 1996 and 22 March 1996 on Paramount Stage 6 and for "The Chute" on 11 July 1996, 12 July 1996, and 17 July 1996 on Paramount Stage 16. For his final appearance in Voyager in the episodes "Year of Hell" and "Year of Hell, Part II", Shuttleworth filmed his scenes on Friday 15 August 1997, Friday 22 August 1997, and Monday 25 August 1997 on Paramount Stage 9.

Shuttleworth has found his way into the film business after studying the book Back to One: The Movie Extras Guidebook by fellow VOY background actor Cullen Chambers, with whom he has appeared in several productions and commercials.

Outside Star Trek Shuttleworth has appeared in If These Walls Could Talk (1996, with Aaron Lustig, Vaughn Armstrong, Robin Gammell, and Jack Kehler), Ed Wood (1994), Good Burger (1997), Little Giants (1994, with Jon Steuer, Susanna Thompson, Rickey D'Shon Collins, Mark Holton, Courtney Peldon, Richard E. Butler, Janna Michaels, Frank Welker, Doc Charbonneau, Wally Crowder, Gary Guercio, Jim Halty, Kim Robert Koscki, Svetla Krasteva, Tom Morga, and Icilda Davis), Men in Black (1997), the thriller Murder in the First (1994), The Man Who Wasn't There (2001), and O Brother Where Art Thou (2000).

His television work includes episodes of Weird Science, Lois & Clark: The New Adventures of Superman, Muppets Tonight (with George Takei), Murder, She Wrote, The John Larroquette Show, Picket Fences, ER (1994, with Christine Harnos, Scott Jaeck, Julianna McCarthy, Michael Cavanaugh, Christine Healy, Liz Vassey, Scott Lincoln, Jay Leggett, Chris Wynne, Shelly Desai, Thomas Dekker, Isabel Lorca, Miguel Ferrer, Kerry Hoyt, Phil Lodwick, Janet Dey, Mike Fujimoto, Robert Coffee, and Darryl Stewart), and The X-Files. He also appeared in a variety of television commercials for Ames Dept store (with James Doohan), AT&T Cellular, Century 21, Diet Coke, General Electric (Wright Bros. spot), Honda (swamp thing), H&R Block (Coen Bros spot), Honda (Coen Bros spot), Quaker Oat granola bar (with William Shatner), and Volkswagen (as a bee).
