Bob Rivers (born 1952) is an American radio entertainer who made two cameo background appearances in two episodes of Star Trek: Enterprise. He first played an Enterprise engineer in the third season final episode "Zero Hour", where he appeared alongside "walk-on role" contestant winner Amy Ulen and charity auction winner Brian D'Arcy, and then portrayed an Enterprise-D command division lieutenant in the final episode "These Are the Voyages...". Rivers received no credit for his cameo roles.
Rivers started his career as a radio host in Connecticut and moved on until he hosted the show Bob Rivers Twisted Radio on KISW-FM between 1989 and 2000. He then signed on with KZOK-FM for his popular show The Bob Rivers Show, which had a Star Trek: Enterprise contest in 2004. Rivers accompanied the winner of this contest, Amy Ulen, and filmed scenes in the main engineering set of Enterprise, shot several behind the scenes images, and was photographed with Connor Trinneer and Jolene Blalock.
Rivers is also a known "Twisted Tunes" writer and a producer of parody songs, who won several prizes for his work, including a RIAA Gold Record for Atlantic Records' "Twisted Christmas" and was twice voted Radio & Records' major market Rock Personality of the Year and has been Billboard's Radio Personality of the Week. He has also won three People's Choice Awards for the Best Minute of the Year in Seattle Radio.
