Background Information
- The novel was originally announced, without a title and scheduled for release in June 2010, at the Shore Leave convention on 10 July 2009. The release was later delayed, and a date of 11 January 2011 appeared on the Simon & Schuster website in late February 2010, where a title of Resolutions was given. The new title appeared a few weeks later. A further release delay was made in late 2010.
