Billy Tan Mung Khoy (shortened to Billy Tan) is a Malaysian comic book artist. He is best known for his work on Witchblade and for writing and drawing Spirit of the Tao with D-Tron. Most recently, he has been working on New Avengers and Ultimate Fantastic Four for Marvel Comics.

In 1996, he penciled fifteen and inked five pages for Marvel's Star TreX one-shot comic.
