Bill Thomas Miller (born 12 August) is an actor who was a regular background actor on Star Trek: Deep Space Nine where he appeared as a Starfleet command officer during the fourth through seventh seasons . He received no credit for his appearances and also appeared in the wedding scene in Star Trek Nemesis. In addition, Miller worked as stand-in on Deep Space Nine such as stand-in for Barry Jenner in "What You Leave Behind".

A member of SAG/AFTRA, Miller was also featured as background actor in episodes of Roseanne, Herman's Head (starring Molly Hagan), Moonlighting, Murder, She Wrote (1987), Cheers (1991, with Kirstie Alley, Kelsey Grammer, Bebe Neuwirth, Paul Willson, Keene Curtis, Don Bennett, Grace Harrell, and Harry Young and 1992, with Kirstie Alley, Kelsey Grammer, Bebe Neuwirth, Paul Willson, Keene Curtis, Don Bennett, Matt Tufo, and Mark Lentry), The X-Files, The Others (2000, starring Bill Cobbs and John Billingsley), as a paramedic in the Code Black episode "Hail Mary" (2015, with Annie Wersching), and AJ and the Queen (2020).

He was featured as an FBI Agent in the action comedy Blue Streak (1999, with Steve Rankin, Eddy Donno, Kenny Endoso, Googy Gress, and Jane Carr) and as the talk show host John Grand in the comedy Strange Hearts (2002, with Christopher Michael and Michelle Parylak).
