Beta Aquilae II is a planet in the Beta Aquilae system. The Beta Aquilae II Starfleet Academy annex is located here.
Malcolm Eckridge, Arlene Eckridge, and their daughter Lois Eckridge were inhabitants of Beta Aquilae II and, it was here that Lois graduated from Starfleet Academy. (TNG: "Eye of the Beholder")
