Beta Aquilae II was a planet in the Beta Aquilae system. The Beta Aquilae II Starfleet Academy annex was located there.

Malcolm Eckridge, Arlene Eckridge, and their daughter Lois Eckridge were inhabitants of Beta Aquilae II and, it was here that Lois graduated from Starfleet Academy. (TNG: "Eye of the Beholder")
