A Benkaran shuttle was a starship operated by the Benkarans in the Delta Quadrant.

In 2377 a Benkaran shuttle attacked the USS Voyager to liberate the Benkaran prisoners including Joleg and Egrid but was damaged by Voyager and had to retreat.

Neelix, who read the security protocols of warden Yediq, told Joleg later that the ship was able to detect the Voyager after he sent a message to Joleg's brother. (VOY: "Repentance")
