The Behr Theater was a popular music venue in San Francisco during the 1960s.
The 20th century rock and roll group Berman's Rainbow Dreamers performed at the Behr Theater during the Summer of 1967. (DS9: "Past Tense, Part II")
The poster featuring the performance appeared in the background during O'Brien and Kira's brief appearance in the 1960s. The date originated from the script, which described the date as the "Summer of Love". The venue name is a homage to episode co-writer and executive producer Ira Steven Behr. (Star Trek: Deep Space Nine Companion, pp. 201-202)
