Barolian freighters were a type of freighter utilized by the Barolians for conducting trade during the mid-24th century.
In 2368, a Ferengi named Omag delivered the stolen Vulcan transport T'Pau to a Barolian freighter at Galorndon Core, near the Romulan Neutral Zone.
A short time later, it was discovered in Romulan subspace logs that a transmission was made by the Tal Shiar from Romulus to a Barolian freighter near Galorndon Core revealing a short sequence of numbers: '1400'. This indicated the time which the Romulan "peace envoy" was set to launch on their trip to Vulcan. (TNG: "Unification II")
