Barolians are a species from the Beta Quadrant and known for their trade relations with the Romulan Star Empire.
Senator Pardek attended a Barolian trade conference in 2364. In 2368 a Barolian freighter transported a stolen Vulcan deflector to Galorndon Core (TNG: "Unification II").
According to the Star Trek: Star Charts, on page 61, the Barolians are from the system Barolia (Wazn (Beta Columbae). This system was located in the Beta Quadrant.
