Barbara Williams (born 1953) is the actress who played Anna in the Star Trek: The Next Generation seventh season episode "Liaisons" in 1993. Williams is best known for her role of Susan Silverman in the two television movies Spenser: Ceremony (1993) and Spenser: Pale Kings and Princes (1994), both opposite Avery Brooks. Williams took over this role from actress Barbara Stock and was replaced in further films by Wendy Crewson and Marcia Gay Harden.

Williams was born on Vancouver Island, British Columbia, Canada and is married to politician and activist Tom Hayden. She also became stepmother of Hayden's son, actor Troy Garity, from his previous marriage with actress Jane Fonda.
