The Bajoran Ministry of Commerce was an agency of the Bajoran Provisional Government of Bajor.

The ministry operated a freighter service. Kasidy Yates started working for it as a freighter captain in 2372. Azin was a senior minister of the Ministry of Commerce at that time. (DS9: "Indiscretion")
