The Baikonur Cosmodrome in the nation-state of Kazakhstan on Earth was an OCC and later a Federation shipyard.

On November 27th, 2123, the OCC starship SS Mariposa (NAR-7678) was launched from the Baikonur Cosmodrome. (TNG: "Up The Long Ladder", okudagram)

In 2363, on stardate 40291.7, the SS Tsiolkovsky (NCC-53911) was commissioned at the Baikonur Cosmodrome. (TNG: "The Naked Now", dedication plaque)

In the real world, Sputnik and Vostok 1 were also launched from the Baikonur Cosmodrome.
