The Baikonur Cosmodrome, USSR (Kazakhstan), Earth was a civilian and Federation shipyard.

On November 27th, 2123 the SS Mariposa (NAR-7678) was launched from the Baikonur Cosmodrome. (TNG: "Up The Long Ladder")

Two centuries later, on stardate 40291.7 in 2363, the SS Tsiolkovsky (К. Э. Циолковский, NCC-53911) was commissioned at the Baikonur Cosmodrome. (TNG: "The Naked Now")
