Ba'ltmasor Syndrome was a disease from which Klingon exobiologist J'Dan suffered. It required him to take injections once a week. When he was stationed aboard the USS Enterprise-D in 2367, he would regularly come to sickbay to get his injections, which were sometimes administered by Crewman Simon Tarses. (TNG: "The Drumhead")
