BMI Holdings Ltd is a UK-based producer of educational and adventure games such as Streetsafe: A Fun Board Game Of Self Defense and Robin Hood and the Friends of Sherwood Forest. In 1992, BMI produced a Star Trek: The Next Generation board game as well.
It would seem that this may be the same BMI subsidiary of Toys & Games Limited (or vice versa) that produced the Star Trek: The Final Frontier game.
