He served as guard during the interrogation of an alien slave. He was also part of the MACO's who tried to hunt down Slar the Gorn. (ENT: "In a Mirror, Darkly, Part II")

Sergeant B. Moreno was like his real universe counterpart portrayed by stunt actor Chris Torres, who received no credit for his appearance. His costume was sold off on the It's A Wrap! sale and auction on eBay. [1]
