Sergeant B. Moreno was one of the MACOs assigned to Enterprise for its Delphic Expanse mission in 2153.

In September of 2153, Moreno participated in the mission to rescue Captain Jonathan Archer, Commander Tucker, and Kessick from the trellium mining planet. ("The Xindi")

In an alternate timeline, Moreno, along with W. Woods and R. Ryan fended off a Xindi-Reptilian boarding party. (ENT: "Twilight")

Moreno joined the crew and the Triannon aboard the shuttlepods during their visit to the Triannon homeworld. (ENT: "Chosen Realm")

He was also one of the MACO's who tried to stop the Sphere Builder Test Subject during his walk through Enterprise. The MACO group was not successful. (ENT: "Harbinger")

In 2154, Sergeant Moreno was one of the MACO's who tried to stop the Andorians who escaped from their arrest and tried to reach the Tellarite ambassadors. (ENT: "Babel One")
