B'Etor, like her sister Lursa, was a member of the House of Duras in the year 2370 in the mirror universe. Telok, after spending four years as a guard for the Duras family, called the Klingon sisters "unpredictable". (DS9: "Crossover")
Neither B'Etor nor Lursa were actually seen in the episode, but were mentioned in dialogue.
According to the novel Rise Like Lions, Lursa and B'Etor were assassinated by the mirror universe counterpart of Deanna Troi prior to 2377, at which time their brother Duras was still alive.
