Azna is a food that can be served steamed, sautéed, rolloped or fricasseed.

It was one of Jadzia Dax's favorite meals. In 2369, she recommended steamed azna to Benjamin Sisko, saying it would put years on his life. (DS9: "A Man Alone")

Steamed azna was one of the meals advertised in Deep Space 9's Replimat in early 2370. (DS9: "The Homecoming")
