Axanar cargo ship (2151)

The Axanar cargo ship was a type of freighter used by the Axanar during the mid-22nd century. Crewed by as many as fifteen, a typical ship of this type was approximately 92 meters in length, and had a hull comprised of tritanium and disilicon polymers.

In early 2151, officers from the starship Enterprise NX-01 discovered and boarded one such vessel. After some trouble opening the airlock door, they discovered that unknown aliens had murdered the vessel's crew members and drained their bodies of triglobulin. The unknown aliens later attacked Enterprise, but were in turn destroyed by another Axanar vessel. (ENT: "Fight or Flight")
