Jessen

...as Jessen

Athena Massey (born 10 November 1967; age 56) is a California-born actress who played Jessen in the Star Trek: Voyager episode "Remember".

Massey made an inauspicious acting debut as a murder victim in the 1991 action film Out for Justice, a role for which she was uncredited. However, she went on to have the lead role in the 1995 thriller Undercover Heat, opposite Star Trek: Deep Space Nine guest actress Meg Foster. Later she had major supporting roles in the science fiction thrillers Cyber-Tracker (1995) and Virtual Combat (1996), both starring actor and martial arts expert Don "The Dragon" Wilson. A skilled martial artist and kickboxer herself, Massey performed her own stunts in these films. In the former film, she had the opportunity to work alongside fellow Voyager guest actors Anthony De Longis and John Kassir, while the latter film featured the voice of Star Trek: The Next Generation and Deep Space Nine star Michael Dorn. Her other movie credits include the lead role in the 1996 made-for-television movie The Unspeakable opposite DS9 guest star Cyril O'Reilly, a small role in the hit 1996 comedy The Nutty Professor, and roles in the 1997 direct-to-video release of Poison Ivy 2: The New Seduction, the 1998 sci-fi film Star Portal (co-starring Stephen Davies), and the 1999 comedy Molly (the latter featuring fellow Voyager guest star Musetta Vander).

Besides her appearance on Voyager, she has also made guest appearances on such TV shows as Doogie Howser, M.D. (starring James B. Sikking and Lawrence Pressman), The Larry Sanders Show (starring Wallace Langham, in an episode with Penny Johnson), and Seinfeld (with Jason Alexander and Heidi Swedberg). She also co-starred with fellow Star Trek alumni Daniel Benzali, Barbara Bosson, John Fleck, Anne Haney, Gregory Itzin, Jack Kehler, Natalia Nogulich, Conor O'Farrell, Clayton Rohner, Vanessa Williams, and Bruce Wright in a 1996 episode of Murder One and appeared in multiple episodes of Nash Bridges and Black Scorpion.

Despite all of this, Massey may be best known for her role as Lieutenant Eva Lee in the strategic video game Command & Conquer: Red Alert 2 and its sequel Command & Conquer: Yuri's Revenge.
