Atbar Prime was the inhabited prime planet in the Atbar system. This was a Cardassian planet. During the Dominion War, this planet was the location for a base of the Cardassian Liberation Front. The base was one of eighteen destroyed by Dominion and Breen forces in late 2375. (DS9: "The Dogs of War")
According to the Star Trek: Star Charts, on page 46, the Atbar system was located in the Alpha Quadrant. This system was a binary star system. Primary was a Class G star with a magnitude of +1, which was hundred times brighter than Sol. Secondary was a Class G star.
