"Assault on Planet 10" was a science fiction story written by Kay and Julius Eaton for the January 1953 issue of Incredible Tales magazine. (DS9: "Far Beyond the Stars")
"Assault on Planet 10" may be a homage to John Carpenter's 1976 film Assault on Precinct 13. It too, may also be another Buckaroo Banzai reference to Planet 10.
