In 2375, Species 8472 created a biosphere recreating San Francisco and Starfleet facilities. The original plan was to understand the heart of Starfleet and learn how to undergo the most efficient invasion. When the USS Voyager learned of this plan, heated negotiations occured which lead to the end of invasion plans. After negotiations, the Voyager crew spent some time on the biosphere.
