Template:Realworld Arnold Drake is an American comic book author. He was one of the first pioneers of what is called a "graphic novel" today with a book called It Rhymes with Lust. He has written comics across many genres, including war, horror, romances, superheroes, westerns, crime, and science fiction.

He is best known for his work on the DC Comics series "Deadman" and "Doom Patrol". He also worked for Marvel Comics on the "X-Men" series in the 1960s. Over the years, he has also received a number of awards.

In the late 1970s, he worked on five issues of Western Publishing's Star Trek comics.
