Arne Schmidt is a senior artist at Firaxis Games in Baltimore. A long time Trekker, his first contribution to Star Trek comics came when his brother Andy Schmidt, IDW editor, asked him to co-write the final issue of the second volume of Alien Spotlight, "Alien Spotlight: Cardassians".
