Armenia was a region on the planet Earth. In the opinion of Captain James T. Kirk in 2267, both this region and Belgium were the unintended victims of brutality, for as both cultures were viewed as pacifistic and, thus, as weak, invading armies would invariably route their invasions through these areas. The captain cited the comparison as a means of clarifying for himself the situation with Organia and its role in the approaching war with the Klingons. (TOS: "Errand of Mercy")
