The aquatics lab was a facility on board the USS Enterprise-D. (TNG: "Genesis")
The existence of such a facility was canonized in the episode "The Perfect Mate", but it was not mentioned by name in that episode. To date, the facility has never been shown. It may be the same facility mentioned in the episode "Yesterday's Enterprise", where it was referred to as "Cetacean Ops".
