The Antwerp Conference was a high level meeting between Romulan and Federation diplomats, held in the city of Antwerp in the European Alliance on Earth in 2372. The conference was attended by many dignitaries, including a Parada and one Tholian observer.
The Antwerp Conference was the site of the first confirmed Dominion attack on Earth. An explosive planted by a changeling killed 27 people, the worst attack of its kind on Earth in more than a century. After the bombing, Federation President Jaresh-Inyo declared a planetwide day of mourning.
The bombing was partly the cause of an attempted coup against the Federation President by Admiral Leyton. (DS9:"Homefront", "Paradise Lost").
