Antipasto was a dish enjoyed by Julian Bashir for lunch on occasion.

When a very submissive Jadzia Dax appeared to him all of a sudden, created by his thoughts, he first assumed he was hallucinating due to an allergic reaction to the "replimated" antipasto he had for lunch that day. (DS9: "If Wishes Were Horses")

The Doctor probably meant "replicated" but was too confused by "his" Jadzia. It is "replicated" in the script of the episode, so it might just be a fluffed line by Siddig El Fadil.
