Antipasto was a term used by Humans to refer to a type of appetizer dish, enjoyed by Julian Bashir on occasion. Antipasti are examples of Italian food.

When a very out-of-character Jadzia Dax appeared, created by Bashir's thoughts, he first assumed he was hallucinating due to an allergic reaction to the replimated antipasto he had at lunch that day. (DS9: "If Wishes Were Horses")
