An anti-grav lift was the 24th century equivalent of a stretcher that utilized anti-grav technology.

An anti-grav lift was used to carry a Jean-Luc Picard from the future from the shuttlebay to sickbay in 2365. (TNG: "Time Squared")

An anti-grav lift was also used to carry the dead Marla Aster from sickbay to the morgue and the wounded Romulan officer Patahk from the transporter room to sickbay in 2366. (TNG: "The Bonding", "The Enemy")

An anti-grav lift was used to carry out the body of K'Ehleyr from her guest quarters after she was killed in 2367. (TNG: "Reunion")

A similar lift was used to carry away wounded crewmembers of the USS Enterprise-D after Ux-Mal prisoners had taken control of Ten Forward in 2368. (TNG: "Power Play")

When it seemed as if several crewmembers had been wounded by an EM explosion in cargo bay 4 in 2369, an emergency medical team checked on the crewmembers and brought an anti-grav lift for potential casualties. (TNG: "Schisms")

Tahna Los was carried away from Deep Space 9's operations center using an anti-grav lift the same year. (DS9: "Past Prologue")

When Geordi La Forge was abducted by the Duras sisters in 2371, an anti-grav lift was brought into the transporter room with a medical team to bring him to sickbay. (Star Trek Generations)

In 2380, several members of the USS Cerritos crew were infected with a rage virus, and had to be restrained on anti-grav lifts once all the biobeds were filled with restrained crew. Commander Jack Ransom, who was the first crew member to be infected, was strapped to an upright anti-grav lift when he was cured by Dr. T'Ana. (LD: "Second Contact")
