Anthony Caruso (7 April 19164 April 2003; age 86) was the actor who portrayed the Iotian boss Bela Oxmyx in the Star Trek episode "A Piece of the Action".

Caruso appeared in numerous feature films, most notably the 1940 crime drama Johnny Apollo and the 1950 film-noir The Asphalt Jungle, both co-starring Marc Lawrence. He also appeared in several films starring his friend Alan Ladd, most notably 1946's Template:IMDb-name. Other film credits include My Favorite Brunette (1947, with John Hoyt), Template:IMDb-name (1952, with Keith Andes and Torin Thatcher), Template:IMDb-name (1964, with DeForest Kelley and Whit Bissell), and Template:IMDb-name (1976, with Robert Phillips and Fred Williamson).

He has also made guest appearances on many television programs, including Template:IMDb-name (with Peter Brocco and George D.
