Anthony Bro was a science ops officer who worked on the USS Valiant and USS Sao Paulo. (DS9: "Valiant", "The Dogs of War" set artwork)
Bro's name was listed on the dedication plaque of the Valiant and Sao Paulo, he was named after Anthony Bro, a Star Trek set designer.
