The Annual Starfleet Symposium is a yearly meeting held at Starfleet Headquarters in San Francisco.

In 2371, the crew of Deep Space 9 were scheduled to give an address to the Symposium, but when Commander Benjamin Sisko, Lieutenant Jadzia Dax, and Doctor Julian Bashir beamed to San Francisco, they found themselves in the year 2024. (DS9: "Past Tense, Part I")
