Anij

Anij.

Anij (played by Donna Murphy) was a Ba'ku female who was over 300 years old, although only appeared, in age, to be in her late-30s.

Anij was one of the leading members of the Ba'ku who worked closely with the crew of the USS Enterprise when their planet was threatened, in 2375, by the Son'a.

During those events, she and Captain Jean-Luc Picard openly expressed a mutual interest in each other. Before leaving the planet, Picard told Anij that he had several hundred days of shore leave coming, and he intended to spend them with her. (Star Trek: Insurrection)
