Anetra was a Yaderan woman. She was the daughter of Rurigan. She was killed by the Dominion when they destroyed her home village.

Rurigan later created a sentient hologram of Anetra and others who once inhabited the planet Yadera II. This version of Anetra had a daughter of her own, called Taya. (DS9: "Shadowplay")
