Andonian tea was a beverage served to Jean-Luc Picard at Starfleet Headquarters in 2364. Vice Admiral Aaron, under the influence of neural parasites, said that Picard would find the tea an excellent apéritif. (TNG: "Conspiracy")
It's likely that Andonian tea contained or was a kind of alcohol, as an "apéritif" is traditionally an alcoholic drink served before a meal to stimulate the appetite. It's also possible that the version served at Starfleet Headquarters was synthehol, although no on-screen evidence was given either way.
