The Alsaurian resistance was a group of Alsaurians opposed to the Mokra Order on their homeworld.

In 2372, Neelix came into contact with the Alsaurian resistance and Darod in order to get tellerium, which the USS Voyager was in dire need of. Later, when Lieutenant Tuvok and B'Elanna Torres were captured by the Mokra on the surface, the Alsaurian resistance was able to free them by breaking into one of their prisons. (VOY: "Resistance")
