Darod, an Alsaurian male
The Alsaurians were a Humanoid species that lived in the Delta Quadrant.
They were first encountered by the USS Voyager in 2372 when an away team was sent to the surface of their homeworld in search of tellerium. Among many others planetary residents, the paranoid and hostile Mokra Order treated Alsaurians as a sub-class and ruled the planet without mercy. The Mokra Order prohibited them from having communications equipment and claimed to be helping Alsaurian against common enemies. (VOY: "Resistance")
