Alixia was a Talaxian female, and one of Neelix's sisters. She, along with the rest of his family, was killed on Rinax by the Metreon Cascade. Neelix missed her very much and as a remberence, he kept a necklace of her. When he was struck by an energy blast and killed only to be saved by Seven's nanoprobes, he questioned his belief in the after life. Chatokay helped him complete a vision quest, which during her met Alixia who told him the afterlife was a lie.
