Commander Alice K. Ginsburg was a Starfleet officer during the Dominion War.

In 2374 and 2375, a report from Starbase 153 reported Ginsburg missing in action. (DS9: "In the Pale Moonlight", "What You Leave Behind")

Ginsburg's name appeared on the casualty report display seen on a computer readout, on both a PADD and a viewscreen. Her name was very similar to a Commander Alice Ginsburt seen on the same list.
