Alberta was a Canadian province on Earth.

Alberta was home to Calgary, one of Canada's major cities. Wesley Crusher and Joshua Albert often went there to go skiing. (TNG: "The First Duty")

Background InformationEdit

In 2010, the small town of Vulcan, Alberta was named Official Star Trek Capital of Canada. The town, named after the Roman god, has built itself as a Star Trek tourist attraction. Leonard Nimoy joined an unsuccessful attempt to get the premiere of the 2009 Star Trek film in Vulcan.
