Albert Pass Hall (born 10 November 1937; age 74) is the actor who portrayed Captain Galek Sar in the Star Trek: The Next Generation third season episode "Booby Trap".

Hall played the recurring role of Judge Seymore Walsh in the television series The Practice. He reprised that role in over 40 episodes of the hit television series Ally McBeal. He also played Alan Milliken in four episodes of the award winning action series 24, where his character was killed by Penny Johnson's character.
