Lieutenant Alan M. Kobayashi was a Starfleet officer during the Dominion War.
In 2374 and 2375, files from starships Akagi, Tripoli and Victory, as well as Allied Romulan vessel PWB Tomal, all reported Lieutenant Kobayshi missing in action. - Kobayashi's name appeared on the casualty report display seen on a computer readout, on both a PADD and a viewscreen. It is unclear which assignment was his home station, if any. He was apparently named for production artist Alan Kobayashi.
