In 2366, when Counselor Deanna Troi tried to convince Captain Jean-Luc Picard to take a vacation, she claimed her mother, returning from a conference on Achrady VII, was making a stop at Starbase 12 to await the USS Enterprise there. (TNG: "Captain's Holiday")
